It's not mine, but a local (St. Louis) indepedent BMW shop bought this from a dealer who had a customer back out of an order. It's "fully loaded" minus Nav, but what exactly that means as to active cruise and active steer you'd have to ask them. They are asking $45.7K, but it's been sitting there for a couple of months so you might be able to shake them down a bit. I can confirm it is "as new" and being housed in their inside showroom.
