HELP! Check engine light.

Hey, today I floored my car on first gear and then two blocks later i got check engine light (the one where the picture is half full in yellow or orange). My car gone into limp mode and couldnt accelerate fast. I turned it off and back on and it was gone. I floored it again and it went back on. I turned it off and back on again and drove around the block and its still on. Then last time I turned it off then on and no more light and limp mode. Whats up with this? What is wrong? Help please. The only engine mod I have is JB3.

1. BT tool it.
2. Uninstal and then WOT again. see if you get anything. BT tool it to see if there are any codes remaining.
3. use the latest files and uncorrupted file.
