What voids your warranty, and why ?

I've used the search feature, and nothing totally covered what I was looking for, so my question is what parts would void warranty, and if I did have them on, what would I do when I had to go to the dealer.

Intercooler
Downpipes
Piggyback tune (JB3)
Exhaust
Dual Cone Intake

Sorry for the noobish questions.

Basically, any mod can void the warranty for the parts in the car that it can affect. For instance, a tune can void the drive train warranty or coil-overs will void the suspension warranty. No single mod will void the entire warranty for the whole car.
