bmw shut down for one whole month all of August?
Is bmw really shut down for one whole month all of August? or does this have nothing to do with australia? i hope not!!!!

Every BMW factory in Germany is closed for four weeks in order to allow it's employees to take their vacation.
That also explains why the model year change is in Septmber...

Hey Leigh,
Mine was built in july also of 08, you should definitely have it in September. If you know your build number you should be able to track down the boat it is travelling on. |

Forogt to mention, i stressed that they shut down in August too, i emailed them direct and the M Division is the only part of production that does not shut down.
