Specs:

5x120 bolt pattern

8.5" fronts with +35 offset, 25.7 lbs sans tires. Tires are 235/35/19 Toyo Proxes 4's with <1K miles on them.

9.5" rears with +33 offset, 27.35 lbs sans tires. Tires are 265/30/19 Toyo Proxes 4's with around 5-6K miles on them. All 4 rims have this mileage as well.

I'm not sure if they will fit my 2006 330 sport. Oem is 225 40 18. And 255 35 18

Thoughts?

They'll fit just fine, I ran them on my E90 325i (with sport suspension) for several months and had zero rubbing.

Do the wheels come with tpms? Also would you consider selling the wheels only separate from the tires?

No TPMS, and sorry, not willing to separate wheels and tires at this point, I'd rather sell them as a one package deal.

Yes they will fit fine, seems like 35 offset in front is good for both E90 & E92, rear offset should be somewhere in the 30-35 range for you, and they're 33, so looks like you're golden. $1750 out the door.
