Which one do you guys recommend for durability and paint protection?
Which one last longer?

Generally, you want a paint sealant for durability. Collinite is tough stuff though. I don't have any experience with the Aquartz, but if you layer some 476s or 845 on top of your choice of sealant, you're good for at least 6 months of protection in any environment. I usually do 2 layers of properly-cured Opti-Seal, then 1-2 layers of 845 for winter protection. The 845 is about as tough as the classic 476s, but so much easier to work with.

I am looking for a sealant that will protect my paint surface from water etching spots, bird drops, and other harmful elements for long periods of time.
I am also looking for something that "lasts" longer and durable (hot summers/cold winters) yet easy to apply.
I park my car outside most of the time and wash twice a month. I don't mind detailing but I do mind spending more time detailing than driving.

Understood. Your goals are identical to mine in the winter. Go for 2 coats of Opti-Seal then layer 1-2 coats of your durability wax on top of that. Doesn't get much better than that from a protection standpoint.
