f1 autohaus, experience?

Ordered an Euphoria 6k kit several days ago...CC got charged, which according to the website means it was shipped but I've gotten nothing, sent emails and no response...and no phone number available any ideas?

I'm on the same boat Bro! I sent him two emails this past week and the third one today. I looked at his activity on the forum and the last time he signed on was 09/29... I placed my order on Monday with 2day shipping and my google status say's "Not shipped yet". Bummed that my first post ever has to be something around this "unsatisfied" topic...

That's too bad on the two-day shipping...you should get a refund on that, IMO. I was digging around on here and supposedly the guy was sick a month ago...but personally, if you're running a one-man shop and are out of commission...you gotta post a note on your website, or stop taking orders, or something...

I agree!! It's driving me a bit crazy I keep checking my email for my shipment and I've got nothin'! Sucks because I've been excited to get these LED's for a while and now to get this! Can't turn back around now either and ask for a refund because he doesn't even reply! Hope he get's around to it soon... Keep me posted if you hear anything further..

I know what you mean man.... I sent him one e mail asking for some price quotes and got a response then never heard again after my shotting him a follow up e mail. Been about two weeks and I never got a response back or even an initial response from Kevin at Ak Motorwerk.

Yea it took me over 2 weeks to get my order processed and shipped.
Then on top of that I received a defective LED. Took another month and two shipments to get that one final replacement light after USPS lost the first package (the lost package was not Mike's fault, but what a pain).

As long as I knew I would be receiving the product I paid for, then I didn't have a problem waiting... I understand shit happens.

Seems the best way to contact him is through his email.

I've ordered from Mike before, and his customer service was outstanding. I just placed an order with him, and I understand things happen, so I'm trying my best to be patient with this. I'm sure things will clear up soon.

I'm another customer that had a good experience with Mike. His illness is not resolved, and requires therapy, and I think some days are tougher than others for him. I realize that doesn't help much when you've been charged for goods and not received them, but please cut him some slack, under the circumstances.

Yeah...just stinks that we've been charged and there's no info about when we'll get our products or anything. I'd hate to do a chargeback in this situation, but if weeks go by and I still hear nothing...I may have no choice

Same boat

Im in the same boat as everyone else took almost a month to get my led interior kit and then I ordered more from him 2 weeks ago and still nothing...oh well one thing is for sure I can always use some good karma!!!

Most def! I hope the fella get's better, I have read nothing but positive feedback from his products, service and character (which is the reason why I went on and bought his products). It's a bit frusturating but hey what can you say?..."Shit happens" right? I'll patiently wait for my Euphoria Kit and hang in there as much as I can. All of this kinda reminds me of Ferris Buellers Day Off....."Save Mike!"...

Checked my account just now and the transaction fell off my checking account activity. The money is back into my account, being that I work for a bank I'm assuming he never approved the transaction (since its a credit transaction) so it has fallen off. He does have the authority though to put the transaction back through within a certain time frame...

Any other updates fellas? Check your accounts guys to see if I am the only one experiecing this please!
