Help...clearcoat damage?

So I did something stupid and forgot a buddy was parked in my driveway while I was backing out. The damage wasn't a whole lot (as you can see from the pictures below), just rubbing type damage.

I think the paint is fine underneath, because when I put a mild cleaner on there, the damage completely disappears. Do you pros out there know if only your clearcoat can we worn off? If so, can I just get a bit re-applied?

I took it in to get an estimate, and the first place I took it to told me $1346.00

The paint has been damage so ur going to need to blend it in and re-clear the whole panel

The last picture needs a repaint, the other stuff can be buffed out to hide most of it.

Yes, slightly.

Thanks for all of the help out there...looks like I'll keep trying to find a hookup in my area that isn't going to bend me over.
