Winter Tire Pressue ?

I found a couple of different numbers,but I really couldn't get a good answer. What do you guys recommend for non runflat 17" winter wheels.

What wheels size (width and offset) would you be mounting the tires to? You can also find a lot of good general info in the winter sticky :

Thanks for the links, I wasn't sure if BMW specific psi took in account for the runflat sidewall stiffness.

Btw tires I got are 225/45/17
