look at something second hand?

i just got offered 52k for mine (excluding alloys) so around 54.5k for a 2006 325i e92 with 80 000 ks.

i think its a fair deal and i could upgrade to a 335i with that cash but im not sure if the fuss is worth it, what is everyones thoughts, is that a fair deal?

this after only having the car up for sale for 1 day.

IS350 sounds like it has some straight line punch, is very well equipped standard but apart from that no real appeal to me. Looks ok I guess. Nothing German?

Orey did someone offer you 52k private sale or is that trade in?

If I could get mid 50s for my 2008 car I'd probs sell it.

private sale

im also starting to think its worth selling the car and avoiding the price drop when the F30 comes out and the km's pass 100K.

Yeh just depends what your long term plans are.

60k for a 335 would be an 06/07 model with relatively high ks, I'd look for the latest model with lowest Ks I could afford. Particularly with that notorious fuel pump.

If you can get a new one for 75k this guy is clearly dreaming by asking for 76.

I had a lexus IS250 for two years before i bought my 335 coupe, yes no room in the backseat my 335 coupe has more room which i was quite surprised when i bought it.
Bmw handles a lot better than lexus
The lexus inside with very high door height you feel your in a cocoon
Very hard to see at the back reversing which you need the reversing camera
Steering is nun no feel for the road
When i had 18"wheels the tramlining was terrible.
But if you want luxury its hard to go past the lexus IS350
If you want sport fun first and luxury last go for another bmw
The model is 6 years old in december
It's hard to knock back the IS350 pricing thou compared to bmw 335 at $115000 to $65000 $40000 difference is a big bite.
Go and buy the latest march motor magazine it has IS350 vs BMW 335
You can always buy a second hand 135.

If you did actually get offered that for a 5yr old 325 with 80,000km, you're mad not to take it IMO.

Who ever offered $52k is nuts, I saw a dealer car 2007 with 35kms for $52k listed drive away. Also noticed a handful of demo 2010 /09 M3s selling for $135 or so

Went to lexus today, they offered my car for $60k . is this sounds good ? I reckon yes, because i need to fix the scratch from bonnet + driver door + body all the way to petrol cap ( panel one say it cost $2500 ). also rear tyres is due for a change ( $1000 ).

Should I pull the trigger for 75k lexus ?

Orey, if you're thinking of selling anytime soon, take the 52k, it's well above market price imo.

MrBBQwer, sounds like you've already made up your mind and are gonna buy the lexus lol. Post up your car for sale here first though, maybe a forum member will be interested in an E93 for 61k.
