Procede v5 Wastgate Position

I was just curious people who have Procede to get rid of wastegate rattle, what is your wastegate position set to?
Mine is at 40% now and it still rattles really bad when i start up the car
It's quite embarrassing. I'm out of warranty btw.

I set mine as low as 30% to get rid of it. Luckily, I was able to get my turbos replaced and now have it set to the default 90%.

It seems like I get much better cruise MPG with WG set at 30% vs 90%. Seems like at 80-85mph with WG at 90% I'm almost cruising with 1lb of boost or so. WG more open at 30% naturally builds boost later, and makes the exhaust come alive. On the other hand, the responsiveness of the 90% setting is like an NA car.

Can somebody explain to me what is meant by these percentages and why you could change them? What are you actually changing if you move the % up or down?

Both. Probably it's worst when the engine is warmed up.

I had to set mine at 30% to get rid of the rattle, but it doesn't go away until the engine warms up. As I understand it, the PROcede WG fix doesn't kick in until the oil temp is > 160 degrees. You may need to confirm with Shiv on this, but I think he's planning on implementing the WG fix immediately on start-up with a future update. I'm with you that the cold start rattle is a bit embarassing.

Same here, the rattle was horrible on my car, sounded like a loose exaust heat shield. They replaced both turbos.
