Lease transfer or sale-2010 E90 335 x-drive-6-speed
I just found and purchased a 535 wagon, meaning my 335 E90 x-drive sedan must go. It has just short of 12k miles, black/black leather, 6-speed, sport, premium, cold weather, navigation, heated steering wheel, ipod and usb adapter. There are 22 payments left on lease at $614/month plus state tax, buyout is 41,880 now, 32,500 at end of lease (2/19/13). Lease also has dent/ding insurance. Car just had its one year service with upgraded fuel pump and software. Has been absolutely trouble free, is quite fast and fun to drive. Here is an opportunity to get into a virtually new 335 for minimal investment or $10,000 less than a new one would cost. Any questions, let me know. PM is best. I'd like to get this resolved fairly soon, as otherwise, I'll have to take out another registration and insurance when I pick up my 5-wagon. So I'm willing to offer incentives and am asking for proposals.

I am upping the incentive to $2500, meaning lease payment reduced by more than $100/month! Deal closing on 535xiT, 6MT M-package, on 3/30. Don't want this to drag on for too long. Any offers??

can't PM
can u email me bobbybobs10 at gmail? How hard is the clutch on the 335? I've only practiced on an accord and wasn't too good at it. But I like your incentive and I am in the market for this vehicle. Thanks |

I have an offer from a dealer for my car and have decided that if it has not gone away by April 15, he will get it. I'm looking for some interest and offers, and am not sure this is the site where they might be generated, but I hope so.

Picked up my 535 stick wagon today. Want the 335 issue resolved. Does anyone have interest? Does anyone have a proposal? I'm surprised postings for cars with automatics seem to draw more interest. In factory/dealer auctions, the manual trannys bring the big dollars.

I have been asked if it's possible to purchase more miles for the lease. Miles can be purchased for 16 cents/mile until 4 months before the end of the lease (2/19/2013), at which time they start to charge 20 cents/mile. Any other questions/proposals?

To summarize, as my wife and I might be interested....
A 2010 335i X Drive. black/black leather, 6-speed, sport, premium, cold weather, navigation, heated steering wheel, ipod and usb adapter.
Car is in Massachusetts. 36 month lease. 36K total miles. 22 months remain. Car has 12,500 or so on it so 23,500 miles or so remaining. Payment without tax is now $614. $2500 incentive. $700 return from BMWFS at end so $3200 to me. I'd pay the BMWFS lease assumption of $450 (still that, right?). So 22 payments of $614 (call it $675 with my CO state taxes)=$14,850 remaining. Minus the $3200 but plus the $450=$12100 or $550 ish a month for the remaining 22. I might be able to sell this at home. Gimme a bit please. Last edited by steve0617; 04-12-2011 at 10:32 AM.. |

Steve, Thanks for your interest. First, the $700 returned at the end of the lease is part of the incentive, not in addition to it. Second, the BMWFS application fee is $500, of which $400 is returned if you do not pass financial muster. Third, I have three people here in MA who are engaged in negotiating with me, with the best offer so far being $2800 incentive versus $2500. If I can't get someone to spring for the $2500 incentive, I'll be accepting the $2800. Being that you are in the midwest, and it would cost you to come here to see the car, I don't know how much further you want to pursue this. But I thank you again for your interest.

And I'm in Denver, so it's actually worse that Chicago (didn't realize I didn't update my profile). But I'd still be interested if your local stuff blows out. |

Thanks, and I'll keep that in mind. Send me a direct email and I'll hold onto it until this is settled. I would have happily driven this car until at least the end of the lease had I not found this one in a million 5-wagon with stick and M-package.
