Just wondering where is the cheapest place to get the performance exhaust for the 320i? For those that have one, how much was was it including shipping? Thanks!! |

I got it from here.
http://www.schmiedmann.com/18-30-2-1...1.aspx#1935320 Highly recommend. Great site and ~800 shipped vs local quote of 1800. If you wanna hear it in person lemme know, I see you're in Sydney. As many on here will say, it does sound good and is exactly what I was looking for when shopping around for an exhaust. |

Some of us N5x owners have to get a freakin performance exhaust so the 4cyl guys don't steal all the glory at the next track day

It was under $1000 so no tax. You won't find any BMW Performance Exhaust (4or 6 cyl) on the BMW Australia site as they're not ADR tested/approved.

I was extremely worried that I would end up sounding fully sick bro, but I think it's actually pretty good. Definitely not a fart cannon sound. I'm sort of city and eastwards, shoot me a PM or something if you wanna meet. I met up with ninja333, cruvon and mo3 one night and now cruvon and mo3 have the PE too.

I've been thinking for a while about getting the PE exhuast...Where did you get the exhaust installed? And if it's not ADR tested/approved, does that mean it's not covered by (or will void your existing) BMW warranty or they won't service it?

dragon20 - thanks...I'm thinking of either getting it from there looking at Schmiedmann?
GAVE90 - I have to admit, I haven't really looked beyond the PE and potentially the Eisenmann...which Remus do you have? My car is still under warranty, so wasn't going to add an exhaust until after it expires...but if the PE one is covered, was thinking of going that way. |

Hi Boges, I actually bought the US version of the exhaust as I wanted the Y pipe. the EU one only came with the muffler. Because my car was a late 06 i thought the US version was more value as I got rid of my resonator.
if you have a 2010 I think you only need the muffler. Very happy with the sound of my exhaust on 325i Cheers! |
