Xdrive wheels on a non xdrive car?

Ok guys this may be a stupid question but here we go:

I purchased a set of oem 331 wheels which came off a 535i with x drive.

My car is a 535i base with no x drive.

I want to mount these wheels with hankook ventus v12 245/40/19 in the front and 275/35/19 in the rear.

Will this setup work or will there be any fitment issues?
Thanks

Don't qoute me on this one but I think the x drives have 19x8.5 all round while the rwd cars have those in the front and 9" in the back. Do you happen to know the width of the wheels you have??

Yes you are correct that the x drives have the same width wheel all the way around. Will this cause a problem with the setup I am aiming for?

If you have 8.5" width in the back you're not going to be able to mount 275 in the back because the tires would be too wide for that rim. You can check out 1010tires.com tire calculator to see what the widest tire you can mount on a 8.5" wheel. I think you maybe able to slip in 265s but that maybe stretchg it and your run the risk of the installer damaging the lips. Just my 2 cents.

If they're 19x8.5 all around, as I believe they are on the xDrive, I wouldn't do 275/35/19 in the rear.

Assuming the wheels are the same width all the way around- what would you guys recommend for front and rear tire sizes considering my car is non x drive?

And what profile size as well? Would 40 work?

I would keep the same configuration as the x drive and have 245s all round. That's my opinion as I dont see the point of stretching tires and 255 wouldn't be that much different than 245 bearing in mind what I said about going to 265. I would get 40 profile.

So no point in doing 255/40 rear and 245/40 front?
I know it's not much of a stagger but isn't a little bit better than nothing with a rwd car? Price is the same.

I guess I loose out on rotating but then again BMW says not to rotate anyways.
