Which direction to go...Competition wheels (see inside). NEED HELP>>>

Ok .. so I'll let my fellow forum members decide this one. cuz its driving me crazy. So after asking around, seen what my options etc. I'm still confused and undecide. Long story short.

I'm running (M offset wheels) in my car. Came of an 08/09 M3.

Front wheels: Perfect fitment/ No rubbing at all.
Rear wheels: 19x 9.5 / Tires 275/30/19. Here is the problem. Only in big dips I rub. Fenders are rolled. (Noise is just annoying period) Turns, good roads its perfect but in CT/NY.. so not good.

So I dont know what to do with my rears.. Some say:

1. Go with a 265 tire and you will be fine... is this true with the m offset rears? Will the rubbing stop?

2. How about buying the two rear wheels with the correct offset for my 335i? Can I use the same tires I have now (275/30/19)? wil they fit? Is this goign to make the rubbing go away?

3. Last option.. WILLING TO TRADE OR IF ANYBODY IS INTERESTED IN THE WHEELS I'LL SELL THEM FOR CHEAP.. and Ill see what I can get next.

Car is in full stock suspension. (not lowered)

See pics.. (two dirty pics/and a nice clean one lol)

What will give me a better clearance? RIGHT OFFSET WHEELS (using the same tires I have now? OR keep the M Offset rear wheels and go down to 265?

PLSSSSSS HELPPPPPPPP

OPEN TO TRADES/SALE.. show me what you have.

I saw this tires for cheap.. any idea/suggestions:

(Not bad if this will work with the M offset wheels)

Keep the wheels, ditch the tires. You just need a slight stretch with either 265's or better yet 255's and all your problems will go away. I'm running the 260m wheels and have 245's on the rear at the moment with a near perfect fit. Getting ready to squeeze 255's on in a few days. The offset on mine are +18 front and rear. Just pm me if you want pics of the rear once I get em on.

im running 10.5 in the back with 255 tires and slight negative camber... no issues at all.

265 tires should solve your problem.

So both 265 or 255 tires will fit my wheels?.. this is good news..
So I can keep the rear M offset wheels after all?.. and tires will solve the problem... just making sure.. VERY GOOD NEWS...
thank you all for your suggestions.. this is really helpful in making my final decision.. After all i might just need tires..

I'm running e92 M3 ZCP wheels w/ fenders rollled. 19x10 +25 w/Falken 452 265/30 no rubbing, standard camber. The only thing I can think of is your tire brand. You should try out the 452s for a slightly narrower sidewall.

if those are e46 m3 wheels the offset is very aggressive for the 335, i was running the 19's with 255 tires and with fenders rolled and still rubbed when i hit a big dip or had a third person in the car, i switch to 18 inch e46 m3 wheels and still rub but not as bad.
