Don't know enough about offset. Will my old 17" E46 wheels fit my 335is?

I have a set of winter rims. They are 225 45 17's I believe. Will they fit my E92? I'm sure someone ran into this before. I know there was some issue about caliper clearance. I believe the new wheels are 225 35 18 front and 255 35 18 rear?

If so I need to try to sell my old winter rims and tires.
