fitting ac schnitzer mufflers????

Hey guys just wondering how I can go about fitting a set of ac mufflers on my 335 sedan? I know they are too big for the stock bumper and needs to be cut but where can I get some rear diffuser at a good price? And does anybody have pics of them installed without a diffuser and just having the bumper cut?
thanks
