Question for Tire Rack regardiong TRM Mt1

On my 335i sedan i want to run
Front
18 x 9 35 mm offset
Back
18 x 9.5 35 mm offset

For tires i want to run
255/35/18 or 245/35/17 in front (wider is better)
275/35/18 in the back

I know the backs will fit but according to tire rack website 9 inch front cannot be selected. I am not averse to running a spacer in front to add to the wheel offset but i don't want fender rubbing or rolling the fender. According to calculations a 9 inch wheel with 35 mm offset will move the inner edge 14 mm towards the front suspension. Is there enough space for that ?

The largest we can guarantee to fit up front without fender lip rolling is 245/35R18 with 18X8.5" You can purchase wider sizes, but you'll be on your own for fitment, sorry. Keep in mind that spacers push wheels out further and would make rubbing on the fender worse.

There are quite a few guys running 255/35 up front without rubbing issues.
I purchased Michelin Pilot Super Sports from Tirerack. 255/35 front and 265/35 rear. They're waiting in my garage.

Actually, there are a couple guys running 265/35 up front on 9" wide rims. I know that there may be rubbing issues with that size.

Right now, I'm running 245/35 with zero issues.
