best tire pressure

Hi, I'm looking for advice on the best tire pressure for my Pirelli P Zero 245/45R17 91V on my 09/335i. The door sticker has two recommendations:

1) Front 32 / Rear 35
2) Front 35 / Rear 41

Which one should I go with, or is there a preferred setting by the experts here?

Thanks

If you are regularly planning on driving over 100mph then you'll want to use the pressures on the yellow sticker. Otherwise use the lower pressures as a starting point.

Thanks for the quick replies.

I thought so as well, but I can across an older thread that recommended the yellow sticker pressure and got confused. Maybe it was someone who commutes on the autobahn.
