hey so im selling my AR draft design catless downpipes used for about 5k miles in great shape for e92 coupe i also have brand new never installed bombproof gaskets with brand new hardware....lookin for $600 OBO email me at rstiv4200@gmail.com

Thats a fair price.. Usually between 450 and 550.

Not sure how I should handle it. I have the pipes, but none of the extra hardware. He's basically telling me "too bad", "nothing I can do".

How did you pay? Through paypal? With paypal's balance, bank transfer or credit card?

I did a bank transfer. But for some reason it failed (newly added Bank account). So it still gave him the money, but because of that, I was negative in my paypal account. So what I did was directly charge my Bank of America Debit card the amount to pay off the negative balance I had with Paypal.

You can call BoA and tell him that you never got the goods., they will initiate a chargeback which will take months but you will get your money back.
