Does anyone know what this is for?!??
Does anyone know what the hell this connector is for?!? my guess is for possible future microphone installation
 '07 e92 dome light assembly

If that's the dome light in the center of the roof it's for the ultrasonic sensor for the oem alarm.

Well the alarm is optional. The oem alarm consists of a switch under the hood, an ultrasonic sensor in the cabin, and a siren/tilt sensor in the rear, driver's side wheel well.
