Spacers on E92 335i XDRIVE with 193ms?
Anyone running spacers on a E92 335i XDRIVE with OEM 18" 193m wheels/potoenza tires (with or without KW-V1 drop)? Trying to determine best fitment for front and rear (no fender roll).
Thanks for your help! |

Okay. Looks like people typically run 12mm or 15mm spacers on the back of their E92 335i (MSPORT 193M style wheels with 255/18 rear tires) without rubbing or rolling fenders.
How about the front (MSPORT 193M style wheels with 225/18 tires)? I've searched...but found only a few postings....suggestions ranging from no spacers, 5mm, 10mm, and 12mm! Thanks for your help! |

Thanks. Can you post some pics?
From what I can tell, the rear tires have more room than the back with the current 18" OEM 193m wheel/Potenza tire set-up....and the front tires appear to be nearly flush with the fender (as measured, about 9mm from the most outer edge of the tire to the outer fender). I've also read from other postings that others are running 15mm in the back (same set-up, no rubbing) but without V1s. |

Wow, thanks!
Your style wheels (162's?) are the same offset as my 193m's if I'm not mistaken. I was hoping that you could get 12mm spacers in the front....and didn't know that you could get 20mm spacers in the rear (had seem 15mm and 18mm). And no fender roll...or rubbing in the front or back? |

No rubbing at all and I have BRidgestone Potenza RE960's all around....265/30/18 in back ( ithink...been drinking...either that or 265/35/18) and 235/45/18 in front.
Not sure about offset on 193m's? I still think there is a a few more mm in front...say 15 would be fine. The back could probably use another 2 or 3 mm, however my car is a E90 (2008) and if you ever see these cars stock the rear wheels are like way tucked in and too high. |

for the record...just replaced both front wheel bearings...not to scare you or anything...however pushing 100K miles with a lowered E90 xi....something has to give.. oh wait...I have changed many a wheel bearing on BMW's for the last 10 years...nothing uncommon or that difficult to change out.

I have an E90 with the 193's lowered on H&R Sports on Conti DWS. What kind of spacers could I run without rolling anything?

I'm thinking of delaying bigger, wider rims for now and go for a KW v1 on my 08 335xi. I also run 193m wheels. I have had spacers on my Merc W124 coupe before and was not that entousiastic about it. Don't recall the brand, certainly not H&R. Anyone have bad experience with the H&R ones? Do you have to tighten the bolts every month like I've read somewhere? For the guys running front and rear spacers : what's the ride like? Any vibrations immediatly or later on?
Thanks in advance |

I went ahead and ordered 15mm spacers for the rear and had them (and the KW V1s) installed last week. Waiting for the coils to settle a bit more before going back to make any necessary adjustments (including front end alignment) and thinking about adding 10mm spacers to the front. |
