Sway bars with no drop

Hi all,

Just wondering if there are any xi guys with just Sway bars and No drop (stock height).

Any idea how the car would handle?

Much better! I don't have an Xi but IMO sway bars are the single biggest improvement you can make handling wise for a car (even more so than springs). Do it and you'll be very surprised in the significant difference it will make. Further more you might want to start with just the rear bar as it will reduce understeer and improve your turn in (and cost you less money).

I have the M3 sway bar with no drop and it has made a huge difference! I was coming from a 325ci and at first I could not stand the handing of the the xi, however now I am very content. I also have a front strut tower but I do not know how much of a difference that has made.

I thought the m3 sway doesn't fit the xi?

I have the rear sway bar. It fits, I had to drop the rear sub frame but other than that I didn't have any issues. Big difference!

I had a couple of friends put it on. Once they figured out they had to drop the subframe they installed it with no problems.
