Lowering Springs for F10 xDrive (ACS)
Hi.
Finally, ACS has released its first lowering spring set for F10 xDrive. Its part number is 3130210910. They lower the center of the roof by 25mm or 1 inch. Price is us$550. I placed an order this afternoon. It will be shipped to US in 2 weeks and another week to Vancouver, Canada. Still long way to install them on my car. Hope this will bring some fun in driving...

It is a lot of money for a small drop but I am doing ACS too. I would love for my car to be tastefully slammed but I live NJ. We used to have a SUV but now a f10 and a m3 so I need a car to drive in snow. I think these springs will look and feel better then stock plus will still be able to drive in snow. We have been getting bombed with snow the last three years. I bet after I buy snow tires this winter we won't get any snow. Just like we you go out and get a snow blower lol. Adjustable coil overs maybe in my future one day if I want it lower for summer.

Thanks for posting this. I'm in the market for these as well and have been waiting. I'm told H&R is close to having theirs on the market as well.
Please advise from whom you ordered these, and when installed, please post some pictures and driving impressions.

Don't forget to post some pictures from before/after the lowering.
I'm waiting for my 530d xDrive to be delivered next week. It's the only thing i'm worrying about, that it's going be to high on his wheels. Pictures i've seen from ACS lowering do hesitate me because in my opinion the lowering is a little bit too low and espacially in the rear. For example Edwin's car. I also have M-sport, adaptive drive and 20" wheels styling 356.

I will install the ACS springs on my 550i xDrive on the 27/6.
The 25mm drop will be perfect IMO.

Wow....that's hard to understand why it would take so long. I just got my ACS springs installed 2 weeks ago. In total, my installer took approx 6 hours and that included a 4 wheel alignment after the springs were put in. Total cost approx $500 incl tax.

I just called the Miami tuning center and was told the spring set for the F10 xDrive is not available yet? WTF? What is this guy at CEC talking about. I also asked him if there was a production number and he said that has not been released yet but i could leave a $290 deposit and would receive once the set has been released by ACS. |

Ordered, received and installed the Racing Dynamic's (RD) 2011 F10 Xi lowering springs. They lower the F10 Xi about an inch and it looks great. Lowering effect has improved handling a lot but still feel the potholes and bumps like before. In case anyone is interested the RD part number is 1960410631 and the description is Sport Springs F10 550 xDrive SA-Code 2VA Adaptive Drive and the Springs can be ordered from RD Brands LLC, 5260 E. Hunter Av., Anaheim, CA. 92807 and Phone is (714)970-5400
