Low boost with Procede autotune

Hey guys,
I've had my procede for a awhile. I reverted to v5 12-17 today and went out to get autotune going. Initial settings were what map 1 come with. After a few 3rd gear pulls, the car has autotuned to 11psi and 100% IC (that is what the gauges read).
I always fuel with 93 oct either BP or Shell. The temps were around 70 with 65% humidity.
My mods are in my sig, but I believe these numbers are very low compared to other autotuned v5s here
My car has 17k miles currently. Should I be looking at maybe replacing plugs already?

I think 11psi is low! The full stock can autotune to atleast 12psi with 50% IC on 93. Try reset the autotune on CS.

You could check for a boost leak, see if your intercooler pipe came off. Happened to me once and I couldn't boost over 12 psi.

11psi is too low. I run the same mods + FMIC and my car autotunes to 15psi.

I dont think I have a boost leak. I went to the dragstrip today and ran 13-14psi all day with no problems (with autotune off). I've changed the agression to 3 and will see what it autotunes to.

You shouldnt need to have to do that.

Try re-uploading the firmware, resetting adaptations as well.

You should log your duty cycles that will also show if you have a boost leak, procede will only increase duty cycles by about 12% extra for safety.

Thanks for the response. I've already reloaded firmware/maps.

I would also make sure to have your laptop plugged in when you are reloading the firmware/maps. I had nothing but problems with low boost, and it was because I wasn't plugging my laptop in and the firmware was getting corrupted. If that doesn't help, you could have a problem with the vacuum lines controlling your wastegates. I would check to see if there are any cracked or worn out lines. If the above doesn't help, I would consider getting a pressure test done on your system to make absolute sure you don't have a boost leak.

stock IC will make a big difference. You could potentially autotune to lower boost with just DPs, then without. Did you log at the drag track... what were your times? Also depends on how your are doing your autotune runs... back to back no good cause of heat soak.

It does seem a little low for 93oct and I would expect a car or gas issue. Put some higher octane in the tank and see what happens. I did this cause I was autotuning very low with v4 just to confirm the situation, but i have very extreme conditions with weather and octane. The difference between 96oct and 91oct with same ambient temps was about 3psi+

That should be a given on map updates and firmware changes but I always forget to mention it! Good Call!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I always reset adaptations when updating firmware/maps. I couldn't log at the track since whenever I launched, my laptop would crash (Running Win7 on my MacBook).
The times weren't bad, I think. I switched to Map2 and turned autotune off. Boost was at 14psi with IC set at 50%. Best run while the car was cold was a 13.3 with 107mph trap. As the day got warmer, my traps went down (all the way to 103). The in dash boost gauge was pretty much around 13-14 psi all day long, so I don't believe it to be a boost leak.

EDIT: Now that I think of it, the 3 autotune passes were done back to back on 70+ weather, so maybe heat soak on the stock IC was the cause.
