might keep it stock for a while..

not really aiming for performance (maybe an exhaust)

get my windows tinted, get better tires, and probably change my fog bulbs

i have this all planed out. First off im going to get the windows tinted. then i am getting, 19x8.5 Mille Miglia F20 Ultra Diamond Technology, they look very classy IMO kinda like the 5 series rims. (is 19 too big? i have no clue its either 19 or 17, if someone could help me id be grateful) then to wrap those babies im going to get, Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 Blackwall. Car and driver did a review on tires and ranked these number 1 overall. Then down the line i probably will get a valentine 1 (actually by probably i mean like as soon as i get the car i will order it lol). Maybe towards like june get the bmw spoiler? i dno bout the spoiler but the first 3 i am definently getting.

I have the sports package and it comes with 18's, so 19's should be good.

Is the valentine really that good? I mean it would be my first radar detector so i have no clue how to use it to its fullest. I know that it shows you an arrow of where the zapper is coming from but like is it a jammer too? Afocoryw20, the valentine is a radar detector, here is the website, www.valentine1.com . So the 19's will be ok? would my local bmw dealer put the wheels and tires on and balance and allign them for me?

The v1 is awesome. I've had it for about a year and its the best radar detector i've come across. Picks up laser well and signals normal radar bands from like a mile away. However, instant on and laser could always pose a threat that no radar detector could save you from.

With my experience, its the ONLY radar detector worth buying. I have been going places with friends and had enough time to call them and tell them there is a cop ahead before their cheaper detectors sensed anything.

Its saved me from well over 50 potential tickets. Considering the average ticket is about ~$150, its well worth the clean driving record.

rody, judging by ur sig u have the same colors set on your 3 that i have for mine. Those rims look very good with these types of colors. What kind are they? What tires did u mount em on? And where did u order from?
