What are the effects of this wheel setup?

I got a 2011 550i with the sports 19'' wheels. (Tires are 275 back and 245 front) I'm looking to change out the rims with the Privat Netz. They only have them in 19 x 8 and the guy at Discount Tire is telling me they will work fine all the way around. Are there any repercussions to having the same size rims with the different size tires?

Also, would it make sense to get the 275's all the way around on my next tire change?

19x8 wheels seems small when you already got a 19x8.5 and 19x9 staggered set up.

Sure...19x8's will fit but you're going to be limited on tire size. 245's will work with rim widths of 8" - 9.5". 275's will work with rim widths of 9"-11". Hence, the 275's won't even fit on the rim's you're interested in. You'll have to use 245's all the way around or narrower. In your case, a staggered setup won't work as the tires won't fit. You might be able to do a staggered setup with narrower tires but why bother....IMO

Use a tire size calculator to help you. The aim is to have a total circumference less than 3% difference compared to the reference base tire for the F10. P225/55R17.

So after they called today and said the wheels were in, I told him he's crazy to be putting a 8" rim on 275's. Anyway, I ordered a different rim and they should be in in two weeks. Thanks guys
