Fitting 1 Series Apex Arc 8 on 3 Series

Could you fit the 1 series wheels on a 3 series with some spacers?

Front: 18" 8.5 ET 38 (Hankook R-S3 245*40*18)
Rear: 18" 9.5 ET 62 (Hankook R-S3 265*35*18)

I think the fronts probably fit without spacers, but how about the rears?

Fronts will work fine, but those ET62 rears probably won't. unless you run a 25-30mm spacer.
