Do i NEED to have the TPMS?

I dont want the damn dash light on all the time.....it will drive me nuts. I personally couldnt care less if i have them or not.

I believe you need them, plus it wouldn't hurt to know when you've got a flat.

look at your original wheels. Are the Valve stems rubber or metal ? If they are rubber, then you don't need TPMS...your car has FTM. If your original stems are metal then you have TPMS. You can take out the TPMS from your original wheels and install them on your new ones.
