Help! rubbing! authentic m6 wheels!
So i need your guys help ASAP!
i have a 2006 330i e90, lowered on megan coilovers, my fenders are rolled, and here are my wheel specs: front: 225/35/19 they are 8.5 ET: 12 rear: 235/35/19 they are 9.5 ET: 17 there is rubbing where the fender meets the front bumper, and where the quarter panel meets the rear bumper. my coilovers are maxed out in the front, and the rear is a lil raised, and they are set to stiff! i am going to get an alignment tomorrow, what specs should i get for the alignment? i know i have to raise my car a little at well too.. here are pics how the car is sitting right now |

You need to trim the mount in the rear bumper, and remove the front bumper bracket for a fitment like that.
no amount of camber will help the rear, you could Toe it, but then you would not drive straight. |

I'm surprised that you were able to fix M6 wheels on your car at all.
A couple degrees of negative camber may help, but that offset is still less than ideal. |

With a bit of trimming you could probably eliminate rubbing around the tabs. A lot of people with bumpers designed like that on other cars usually trim and relocate the screws for added clearance.

the guy who rolled my fenders told the same thing let the rubbing notch itself since its plastic..but it makes a lot of noise right now, just dont want to damage my tires since i just bought them last night!
ill have to drive to my mechanic's doing 25mph with my hazard lights blinking, pissing off everyone driving behind me haha thank god he only lives 3 miles away! also, is it normal that the passenger side sits lower than the driver side? |

add 3 of these on each side (rears) and max out the rear camber. Next time get a 255/30 rears.

A little of everything, you should start with the least expense trial, you can camber and see where that takes you but you can always shave the wheels 3mm, all ideas on above threads are correct, good luck and let us know the end result and what you did to make it work.

Nice setup ,
Pulling and shaving should take care of the rear easy ( I have 265s on my 9"ET22 wheels and rolling was enough) for the front I would have tried 215s I have taken the liberty to copy your pictures to this thread BTW http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=457790

Lol, you're not running much of an aggressive fitment...that offset is the key though.
IMO, I (ME, Personally) would. - Leave car as is. - Camber it in just a TAD BIT. - Let the rubbing take care of those spots :P You said you already rolled your fenders? There are spots like you said...where the bumper meets the fender in the front, that spot will always rub unless you relocated (as stated in this thread)...the rears, you have to trim that little piece of metal down (where bumper meets rear quarter panel) even if you roll, there is going to be a pointy fold there.
