Did NOT pass inspection GRRRRR !!!

Yesterday i went to get inspection sticker ..... and everything with my car is perfect except onboard computer did not want to connect to the computer at the station and that it might be an emmision issue ??? Is there a easy fix to this ?? Thanks if anyone could help me !

did the car sat on parking lot or at the dealer for 30 days?!

i had that happen to me, because the car sat for 30 something days, the computer didn't log the emissions data-resulting in no pass.

wow that might be it i just came back from 8 day vacation and i drove car for maybe 2 hours since that ...

just take it to the dealer. if it's stock emissions are warrantied for like 10 years or the life of the car or something.

also a lot of dealers can do the MA inspection for you.

Did you ever get a sticker? I recommend a long drive of over a half hour highway and city.

i drove to Foxwoods yesterday 2 hour drive yesterday so that should work !!

i hope you have better luck getting a sticker at the dealer than me, i'm still working on getting mine and its been 3 trips and over a month and a half. i'm crossing my fingers today.

UPDATE: I drove regularly every day for 2 weeks. Got retest yesterday and CAR PASSED no problem !!! thanks guys for help and saving me few bucks .....
