Car is in great shape and is accident free. I got a car fax which is linked below. (VIN: WBAEU33463PF58523) Has a clean title and some nice mods. Car drives fine and you probably wouldn't know theres even an issue until you push it up over 3k RPMs. Selling because there is an engine vibration and a small oil leak. No check engine light. The issue is more than something as simple as motor mounts to my knowledge and the engine compression is a bit low. You can see the oil on the side of the engine block so. I want to get a new 335 anyway. This is a great buy for someone that knows about BMWs and maybe wants to fix the issues with it.

Have all but a few receipts since I bought the car in March of 2010 with 81k miles. Gas, parts, etc. Always used 93 octane. Oil changes were done every 5k miles.

Parts Replaced By Me:
- Control Arms because of a bad ball joint on the driver side. Both were replaced
- Sunroof because it was stuck shut when I bought the car
- Driver side door actuator froze up in the winter
- Replaced a window actuator slider with aftermarket part on passenger door.
- Replaced the thermostat since it was throwing a check engine
- Replaced the expansion tank, waterpump and upper and lower radiator hoses
- Replaced Oil Separator aka "CCV" and all hoses
- Replaced Oil Filter Housing Gasket
- Replaced Valve Cover Gasket

Other Maintenance
- Carfax says clutch replaced in 2009
