Selling my downpipe. Used it for about a month but with catback and oem performance exhaust the noise was loud !!! Besides that the fume was a bit too much.... It fits perfect It only needs gaskets, nuts and bolts which installers do have. Including Shipping $300. As well local pick up in LA.

Your best bet is to buy these used ones rather than new. Just make sure you got N54 engine.
