Exhaust should not void your warranty especially OEM.

AFTERMARKET parts can void sections of your warranty IF they deem it caused a failure. A weld at the end of the exhaust piping holding a stock muffler on shouldn't be any cause for alarm.

The answer is no. If you ask something else, it will still be no. If you don't want our answers, go ask your dealership.

They cannot just void your warranty unless it is determined that it caused a problem. Just use the clamps that BMW provides. That's what they do if they need to replace the mufflers.

Sounds like in a round about way the OP is saying he has a problem with his turbos and dealers is /or might say his modded exhaust caused the problem. If they have already sighted the issue and setup, replacing the mufflers now will not change the status (after the fact)- that is, if are claiming it caused the problem.
What is the full, complete story behind your questions. We cant give you any reasonable response by doing this piece-meal. |

Also depends if they flagged your warranty. If so, going to a different dealeship will not help gain coverage.

^ go to new dealer shut your mouth about what happened to u at other dealer.
And try to get some warranty work done and obviously have your stock mufflers on. If questioned, say the you got rear ended and had to replace the mufflers so maybe the garage welded in new ones ?? And always play dumb lol |
