How can I know if my Vishnu PWM Meth is working or not

My friend and I update the map to 11-25 with pro5v110 Dedicated PWM I/O firmware, now we can't see turn signal illuminate when full throttle, but we can see the meth flow in data log. Could anyone help us?
Thanks.

You running the right map? Is it set up correctly in the software?

Make sure you're in map 4 and you changed the correct parameters in map 2 like the directions say. Also there will be air in the lines so you can pull the hose off before the flow sensor and jump the boost switch to get most of it out.

Yes, both of us run map 4, we follow the instructions to set the correct parameters in map 2. We don't have the trouble in 11-1 map.
Thanks.

Don't you still have to input flow into the user adjustable table? Did you do that? Do you have the installation directions?

We follow the instructions "How to Enable the Rev3’s Dedicated I/O Channels for PWM Methanol Control" to change wire.
We set Start Boost to 16.5 psi in map 2 and set Methanol Mode to 1, Speed Delimiter to 1, Injection Mode to 31(we saw about 35 in datalog).

I have my injection mode set to 25 if that matters.

there were two types of flow sensors shipped with PWM kits IIRC. the later revs flow close to 40 so this setting should be ~35 for the 3% less that shiv recommended. 25 would be for the early ship kits

I had mine set a bit high and it worked at first. Few weeks later, I had to turn it down some. My guess is your injection setting probably has to come down a few ticks too.

My technician installed a brand new PWM meth kit in another 335i, the same trouble also happened to that car, we really have no idea about this trouble. Could anyone help us? I wrote email to Vishnu 4 days ago and today but no response.

They've been closed from 12/23 to Jan 3rd. I'm sure they have laundry list of emails to go through not being around for that time period.

If its installed correctly it should just work. Double check wiring and grounds as well as firmware and maps.

After that is sorted be sure to enable the correct injection mode value based on flow and to enable PWM meth in user adjustable as well.

It sounds like you had it working? So just lower the value of injection mode some.

Post the logs. I'm having a similar issue where the flow starts off high, and then tapers off for some weird reason. I haven't checked the filter yet. Any thoughts?

Make sure you're in map 4 and you changed the correct parameters in map 2 like the directions say. Also there will be air in the lines so you can pull the hose off before the flow sensor and jump the boost switch to get most of it out. That's also a good way to ensure your pump is getting power.
