Long cranks and getting codes..

my car has been getting long cranks at night lately when it's cold at night but doesn't happen during the day. could it be the fuel pump going bad? i just got it replaced 5 months ago. Also, i'm getting codes P29DB and P2FBF on my AP. currently i'm running cobb stage 2+ tune. does anyone have any experience with those codes? any input would be helpful. thanks

P29DB - rough running, segment timing
p2FBF - fuel pressure after release of the injection

thanks guys for your help. I guess I have to take it to the dealership and have them check the car out since I still have warranty. Just sucks that I have to take out the mods.
