help with programing? possible jb4 error?

"Hi Anthony,

We cannot program the vehicle for the Junction Box. There is too many electrical glitches going on in your vehicle. Possibly due to the performance chip,
poor wiring done when installed and the DSC control module. We have installed the old part back in the car and is ready for pick up at any time.

Thanks,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

apparently my car cannot be programmed anymore, iv brought it in before to get my alarm coded and they were not able to do it due to the same problem... anyone know whats going on lol? could it be from the jb4 (i doubt it as i turned it off) they said the dsc control module is corrupted :S anyway any thoughts?

You need to remove the JB4 not just turn it off.

I have hand my car coded at the dealer and by another member multiple times with my JB4 installed and in MAP 0 with no issues.

perhaps it doesn't cause any issues, it has just always been my practice to remove any tune beforehand.

My SA told me it is not that uncommon for certain modules in the car to not accept a new programming (he didn't mention why though). He said when it occurs they usually have to replace that module (typically covered by warranty) and then continue with software upgrade. He told me that is one of the reason they are hesitant to program cars without reason; the other being the time required to program if it fails to take the first time. On another note though, if the JB4 was interfacing with the CANBUS at the time of programming it would certainly cause the programming to fail.
