I am putting this up for my father who just took delivery of a new BMW 1M. He is having second thoughts on the car and interested in selling. Please call him directly for serious offers only. 978-808-8864

Again, serious interest only. He has been speaking to someone a couple people that showed interest (from an ad elsewhere) but have yet to back it up with money. He is about to pay taxes/title so that may change his mind about selling.

Seems he is trying to make money as the price of the car with said options is less than $50k MSRP...

How do you guys know what the man paid for the car? We all know there were many dealers that were asking over MSRP.

I thought I read an ad on cars.com or autotrader regarding this car being a ED. I also think that if someone paid for example $5k+ over MSRP they would not be trying to unload the car so soon...

Already sold? Good for you! Price seemed fair enough for a basically brand new car that is no longer available for purchase (stateside)

He will have to pay sales tax and register the car before he can sell it to anyone. The initial sale was from BMW to him..... this sounds odd.
