62% Base Residual / .00195 money factor for F30 Lease!

62% base residual / .00195 money factor (with tier 1 credit)

Holy shit!

Saw this on another forum, posted by a bmw salesman...that would mean 65% for 10k miles. I am one happy sob right now

Thanks.
I suggest going that rate and putting 0 down for everyone planning on leasing.

I did the MSD's with my 2011 Z4 and it saved me about $50 a month.

you said up to 7? so how much $ can you put down each and why can't you just do 1 big deposit ?

I think each security deposit is $50c closest to your mothly payemt

ie, if your monthly payment is 620, 7 secruity deposits would be 4200

It ends up being 1 big payment.

Each security deposit of monthly payment rounded UP to the next higher $50 increment gives 0.00007 reducitn in your MF, up to 7 of those.

So if your payment is $555, round up to $600 and multiply by 7 ($4200).

(Not sure if payment amount to get MSD amount is calculated first with std MF or if you calculate with the MSD reduction...)

thanks for all the great info! i have found that the residuals reported on bimmerpost are accurate, but the MF is different based on the dealership's discretion? how do i convince a dealership that they are marking the MF up, when i feel i have the facts from bimmerpost?
