mister_roger's 2003 Maldives 2.5i
Hey all. Just checking in here at zpost -- another z4um refugee seeking shelter until the site comes back up, but in the meantime, I wanted to briefly say hello and post a few pics. This place seems be turning into a great gathering place.
Enjoy! 3rd day after i bought it -- completely stock Long Beach, WA (new wheels, not lowered) Garage shot Newcastle golf course overlooking Lake Washington and downtown Seattle on horizon (finally lowered) Parked shot (with newly added rear spacers) Group shot

Very Nice. I love the Maldives Blue partly because I see so few of them.
That said, there's a sixtyish woman here in town with one with a tan roof.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and feedback, It's great to see some familiar members here as well.
Johnny Lin - I'll do my best to make it tomorrow. Going to install my sway bars tomorrow (or at least try), so we'll see how much of my day that takes up. takedown8 - Indeed those 16" wheels are too small. First mod was to replace those. I look back at that picture sometimes and think "good lord, what a difference!"

Bought them from an ebay store last May. Paid around $1300 for the package.

I love those wheels, but my wife freaks out every time she catches me looking at online wheel shops...
I looked at everything Tire Rack had before I decided to stay with the turbines and I about drove my wife nuts. Every so often she catches me checking out suspension upgrades (mine is seriously in need of help after 56k miles) and then I look at the superchargers after that. One day, all my stock options will become a supercharger and new suspension, then brakes and wheels. I won't sell the car for something better, i'd rather build it up so it's mine and a bit unique.

That silver-gray M-coupe...err...I mean roadster in the last picture looks familiar. :-P
Have you thought about debadging those side 2.5i badges? I love your Z4 and think it'll look even cleaner without the side badges. |

Hmmm.... I might consider doing that in the near future. Was also of thinking about debadging the Z4 emblem on the back and put a Z4 license plate frame to complement it. On my to-do list
