Actuator replaced need HELP!

Hey guys, I just got my actuators replaced by BMW and It feels like am driving a 328 until in jumps up to about 3800 Rpms( it's sores from 2300 to 3800) without the car moving like before. Did something go wrong during the install or is this how it's supposed to feel after the install and software update if they did one ? I has almost no low end torque from a dig. I couldn't even spin the tires out the hole. How can I approach the dealer? Any feedback back will be greatly appreciated .
