more oil consumption questions

Ok so I had my oil changed about 2k miles ago along with the filter housing gasket( was adding a quart every 1000 miles) After 2k miles i have 2 bars missing from full. Would this be considered a leak or regular consumption??

Be careful not to overfill the engine with oil, as this could be the oil level sensor improperly displaying a low oil level. The only way to be sure is to drain the oil to a clean pan to measure how much oil is actually in the engine.

Haha agreed with the dipstick comment but I pretty sure it's an emissions thing? BMW can't rely on the customer to properly secure the dipstick which could cause a leak.

It would be there to confirm a low oil level report. I'm was used to checking the oil level in my previous cars atleast once a month, now i've just got to trust an electronic sensor... I don't like that. Its cool that it's there, but there should be a manual means of verification.
