BOV Affect Gas/Fuel and MLS Reading?

I installed the AWE BOV/DIV kit. Two things I noticed: 1) Total miles left [for gas] goes down significantly fast 2) MLS count only shows "--.--". I'm sure both readings are inaccurate.

Question: Is this normal behavior?

I am assuming "yes" as the car's ECU has not adapted to the change and that some of the pressure now goes to atmosphere.

lol That I am. But, the change was immediate. Just wondering if anyone else with BOVs experienced the same thing. No big deal. All part of modding.
