Help with 11-01 Logs?

So I finally caught what happens to my car in a log. I thought it might have been software related so I tryed yet another map. This seems to happen on 7-29, 11-25, and now even on 11-01 maps. I recently brought to life an old thread concering my the diverter valves, but no one has responed. I dont know whats causing this problem to happen! Heres my mods and whats been replaced so far. August- Fuel pump and injectors(wasn't having a problem but they said I was due for the recall) September turbos blow week of installing Procede v5 rev 3, DCI, AR DP's, (new turbo's iinstalled also new pvc valve, AR catch can, and new spark plugs) Receive car back after new turbos and re-install all aftermarket performance parts. Since then 3-4th gear pulls the boost drops then jumps back up and drops again. At this point I'm convinced its the DV's because I'm not throwing any codes. So I figured while replacing the DV's might as weel purchase an AMS intercooler and Vishnu charger pipe to get my car fixed and moving. Well installing the 11-25 maps and believing the problem was gone because the car was running perfect. Then a few days later the problem returns! I figure maybe map the map is too agressive and just tryed the 11-01 maps and here are my logs same thing still hapeening! What could cause this?

Sorry for any run on's and grammar issues wanted to get it all out. lol

Heres and Old video I made of it in action with just my DCI, PROcede 7-29 maps and down pipes. It still does the same thing. Watch the gas guage even though its hard to catch Its hard to film and shift.

I see the gauge moving but your boost appears to be normal in the logs?

Perhaps log Wastegate duty cycle.

If you were under-boosting it wont throw a code until you go WOT for 3-4 seconds sustain and underboost.

I cant tell on the logs either but are your fuel trim going past 34?

No the fuel trim doesn't go past 34 but as soon as I throw it into 4th it drops to -12% slowly climbs back up as my boost reaches 18.2. While this is happening the car feels like its struggling. In the logs to you can see the boost is nice and steady in 2nd and 3rd but in 4th its drops then spikes 18.

I'm not sure but lets see a log of wastegate duty cycle. Do you have a BT tool?

The symptoms are the car feels like its being held back like its got more but can't go. Then every now and then it does what it did I the video, which is when I throw it into 4th the boost drops till like 5 psi then jumps to 18 then back down to 10 then starts to climb again sometime going back over 18 so I let off.

Ok will do just added boost dc to it now ill add that and do a few runs. It only does the crazy drop and over boost once in a while. But it does always feel like its being held back.

In the logs that you posted, CAN dbw throttle was already logged. You just need to add it to the graph.

I accidently saved over that log, but got this one. You see it doing it here from the 3rd-4th gear pull just not as drastic as the first log. I added wastegate duty and CAN DBW.

Are you power-shifting? Ie, not lifting off the throttle fully between gears? Also, what kind of bypass valves do you have? Stock?

Have you reset adaptations after the firmware change? I'm seeing maxed fuel trims from mid to end of 3rd gear and fully maxed all of 4th gear. Your AFR after peak load is 18ish if that scaling is correct. Reset adaptations and re-log.

Also, plot CAN Actual Ign Advance, and CAN DBW throttle as well as Throttle. Also, scale your AFR from 10-20 instead of 10-40, and throttle to 0-100 instead of 0-600.

Yes it peaks at 19.70 AFR! and how to I re-scale the table?. Also yes I have reset all the adaptions 12-1 taking 10 seconds in adaption 3. Then reset the procede wait turn off ignition wait 5 second then drive this happens on every map I've used so far. Once I get home Ill do some more runs tonight.
