Fair price for ED of 328i Coupe in CA bay area?

Local dealer quoted $33,365 for ED purchase of:
328i Coupe
MT
Heated seats
Metallic Paint
+ destination fees

Thats $1580 over Invoce based on wholesale price list dated August 8, 2006. (I don't have anything newer.)

Is this a fair price at this point in time.

that's a terrible price. I can get you 500-600 over ED invoice on a 328i coupe. PM me for info.
