Status 112 but no Production Week Set?

I am at Status 112 with no confirmed production date but shouldn't the production week be set at this point?

If you are not doing ED, then when did you sit down with your dealership to sign the Purchase Order?? it should take about a week, at worst 2 weeks... and then it should take at least another 5 weeks to have it shipped over to you...

Where do you live?

I'm North East US...I have always gotten my cars in 6 weeks.

I just figured they would have the production week known. I called BMW NA and they didn't know the week.

Hopefully soon.

nah i didnt get it from crevier. they are a rip off. you should check sterling bmw. or even irvine bmw. ive tried to give my business to crevier on my last 4 bmws but they dont give the time of day and they either markup the money factor or throw extra into maco or acquisition fees

i paid 1000 above invoice

msrp 53695
invoice 49600
my price 50600

my lease payment is going to be about 698 before msd's and about 650 after.

if you need a CA to talk to at sterling, ask for clint harris. i dont think he does ED but he still might be helpful

Question

What's "invoice"? the price that the dealership has to pay to BMW to acquire it?
so they are basically only making a $1000 out of your transaction?

what's msd? why would there be two numbers for the lease payment?

Sorry for the newbie questions...

How many MSDs are you using? I have found that each MSD lowers the payment about $6 per month. Is this correct?

Sorry for the newbie questions...
invoice is the wholesale price of the car. but yeah, its basically the cost of the car.

they are making 1000 and some change. there are maco/training fees and acq fees. but every dealer charges them, just not every dealership charges the same. as a general rule, for the f30 which is so new, if you can get 1000 above invoice, its a good deal, assuming the other markups are minimal

msd is multiple security deposits. there should be some threads in this forum about them, if not google it. but basically you are buying down the MF but will get your money back at lease turn end.

7 is the max MSDs you can put down. since actual monthly savings comes from a percentage of your monthly payment, it is going to vary on how much you save. but its generally a 10-15% return on your "investment/MSD". so the higher the monthly payment, the more you save.
