100% throttle w/6AT and slight stumble @2500RPM

Is WOT reached just before or after the kick-down point?

Car has a boog or stumble between 2500-3200 (~60mph in DS mode) when trying to gradually accelerate (30% throttle). Once past 3200 is fine and if I step harder it will downshift and pull strong.

31k and plugs are original. No codes.

Thoughts?
