what do you mean "e60 offsets"? you mean stock e60 wheel offsets? or aggressive offsets for an aftermarket wheel for an e60? or conservative offsets for an aftermarket wheel for an e60?

depending on what type of fitment your looking for, if you plan on running 19x9.5 fronts then im sure youll need a 22et front with stretch tires and possible fender mod( maybe) rears 19x10 normaly need a 33-38et max but since your running a stretch look in the front you might want to match the rears with a 22et -28et.
if normal is what your looking for then get rid of the fronts and grab some 19x8.5 or 9
35et ( please find out what off sets you have, thats very important, very.)
