Fuel pump noise while installing Cobb Accessport?

I'm installing my cobb accessport, and after it finished downloading the ECU, its now installing and my fuel pump (under the rear seat) has been ON the whole time (install part)

Is this normal???

its an 07 335i.

Its the same sound as when you unlock your car and you hear the fuel pump prime. except its continuous.

Normal, I was looking for a way to disable it but and the end didn't do anything. Per Cobb they didn't think it will hurt anything
