Falken Tires ?

hey, i searched but couldnt find may reviews on this forum. just curious if anyone here is running Falken tires specifically FK452's. I recently picked up a set of EuroTek rims 19 9.5 rear and 19 8.5 front, and a shop is looking to give me a good price on this tire, is it any good ? Thanks

512, 912, and 452 are all good
512s have 30k or 40k mile guarantee. Those were all I ran on my GTI for 6 years. High-performance all-seasons.

BMW people just never consider them for some reason. They're cheap and good.

Hi,

I run Falken 452on 20" on my Dodge Magnum.
I ran 452s on my e36 M3 (245-18 rear and 225-18 front on 18x18.5) and they were great.
I also ran them on a e30 M3.
I ran the all season radials on my mini van.

Falken is the "first" tire I look for when buying.

My 512s were always very quiet.
I think BMW people are "above" Falken when it comes to tires.

All I ever use is Falken and Toyo tires past 10 years. Best tires and not overpriced. Noise?? I think people just brain wash their head to think the higher price the quieter. I run 400 miles a week on 19 inch Falken 452 on turnpike and very happy. As with any tire its gonna roar if not aligned and they wear out in blocks. I even had them on my high horsepower Mustang and Falkens were great. Go for it!!

Thanks guys for all the help !!
i think im going to go with the Falkens just for price purposes, i really liked the Nitto Invo but the tread is very funky, and the Michelin ps2s are pretty pricey, unless there is a completely night and day difference between the tires ? i cannot justify the price.

I had the 452s , and just replaced them with BFG kDWs. I can say that the 452s were a better tire than the RFT in comfort. In safety at 100+ mph I felt it was squishy. It handles well around corners for my aggressive driving but they only lasted 15,000 miles before the corners were bald on the fronts, and the rears hit the wear bar , then went quick after . They were pretty good in the rain and colder weather. I'm waiting to see how these BFGs handle and wear than the falkens.
